We are equipped with ODIS in the workshop which is the VW/AUDI group dealer level diagnostic tool.
A couple of jobs we've done recently with it..a new adblue tank and module replaced on an Audi A4 and programmed in and an engine oil level sensor software update on a VW Transporter

We haven't been posting on here very much of what we're up to mainly because we've been so busy but going to try and make a bit more of an effort.
One of today's jobs booked in is a heater matrix on a Ford Focus.

We are looking for 2 new full time members to join our team. You will be the focal point for customers requiring advice, servicing, MOTs and repairs on their vehicles. A motivated, professional, customer-focused, positive attitude is essential to maintain trusting customer relationships. Previous experience within the automotive industry would be beneficial.

Job role includes:
▪️Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
▪️Plan, schedule and coordinate work ensuring optimal efficiency and workflow for the workshop
▪️Having the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change in order to meet deadlines
▪️Working closely with the technicians to ensure part availability, workflow consistency and ability to meet customer expectations and deadlines
▪️Acting upon technicians inspection findings in a timely manner, pricing up necessary work and communicating these to customers in a clear and confident manner
▪️ Managing day to day administrative tasks with good attention to detail
▪️Preparing and presenting accurate job sheets, invoices and estimates, in line with company processes, using Garage Hive garage management system
▪️Taking and processing payments which includes the handling of cash
▪️Maintaining good business relationships with parts suppliers when ordering and returning parts and processing warranties
▪️Maintaining stock levels
▪️Taking pride in the quality of their work and the presentation of their work environment.
▪️A full, clean UK driving licence is needed as you may need to collect and deliver customers vehicles and move vehicles around the premises.

Another Ford wetbelt kit replacement carried out last week including the oil pump belt. We only use genuine parts when doing these.

We also have the tools for the

Peugeot 1.2 Turbo and non turbo engines.
