To all our valued customers,I am writing to share a quick update regarding the workshop schedule over the next few weeks
Many of you know I have managed a long-standing lower back injury for the past 14 years. Unfortunately, following some travel over last weekend, I have experienced a severe disc relapse. To the point where I have had to go to hospital due to lack off feeling and strength in my legs.Due to the nature of my injury and the symptoms I'm displaying I have been told by the specialists than I need to take this very seriously as I could end up with permanent damage to my nerves and therfore loss of strength in my legs..
While my recovery is progressing very well under medical guidance, I must temporarily adapt how I work to ensure I can get back to 100% and keep the doors open for the long term.To manage this safely, we are implementing the following temporary changes starting Monday..
⏱️ Strict Half-Day Opening Hours:I will only be in the workshop for half-days (mornings only) over the next 2-3 weeks .This allows me limit my time working and maximise my recovery
🚫 Temporary Cap on New Work:We are not booking in any new work or taking on any new jobs until end of September Beginning of october
My absolute priority is clearing our existing backlog of jobs safely and giving my spine the rest it needs to fully heal.While im on light duties/ restricted hours jobs may take slightly longer than usual to complete.
Running this business is my passion, and I want to make sure I am here fixing your bikes for many years to come.
