This year we thought that we should give lanoguard a try out to add to our under body treatment. We set our trusted mate wax oyl to the side for this 1 and give the little mg midget a good clean down with xenums super bio clean then finished off with a more than generous amount off lanogaurd. An absolute brilliant result given the car is 50 years old and a very happy customer that loves his car. So we're happy to keep this in stock to provide this service for the car guys an girls.

We had a tow in non start with fuel pressure and control systems fault codes. A quick look at live data for fuel pressure and the system could only produce 24 bar she needs 250 bar of fuel pressure to pulse a injector. So we knew there was a problem on either the inlet metering Valve (imv) or the diesel regulating valve (drv) or maybe a restricted fuel supply problem. But here we set up the MM03 diesel test tool to take full control of the high pressure fuel pump by the imv and drv and put 2 blind devices onto the wiring loom (ecu) and a back prope into the fuel pressure sensor. With this in place we were able to start the vehicle and have full control of system pressure and we were able to hit nearly 900 bar of pressure by simply moving the duty cycle up and down by the percentage. This particular system is tested in a closed loop form by using the imv and drv at the same time. And we hit nearly 900 bar at engine idle and full system pressure on this older vehicle is 1350 bar so this test has proved that the high pressure pump is in really good condition and fuel flow is not restricted with this system pressure. So a quick test with the oscilloscope and we found no signal to the drv. We found damage to the wiring loom repaired it now she is running the best. # bi directional control test system / more to diagnostics than a scanner = love sucking diesel!!!!

This is a pic of a customers Freelander 2 where there was vibration through the brake pedal and steering wheel. The skimming of the front brake discs worked out cheaper than the cost of 1 branded brake disc 😉
