Another bit of keel and rudder damage this time to save removing the rudder i have opened it as much as possible to help dry her out before repairing .the keel after taking most of the damage out on one side to ascertain if there was any water inside I have left it parlty to help shape during repair with the idea that when this side is done I will remove the damage on the other side before proceeding.

One of those jobs you cant quite get the colour or finish it was an unusual tread which unfortunately got the better of me the colour im pretty sure will fade in like the rest but not far of .I always say before starting some colours ill go as close as I can but it takes quite a few attempts before I give up .

A little inside this boat was on a swinging mooring, her bilge stopped and she ended up on the bottom.
For whatever reason a ferry was closest and once they hooked her mooring line proceeded to drag her to shallow water where she was then dragged up the shore over rocks onto a slip.
The hull was definitely looking a bit rough with various through the gel tears .
3 weeks work later on the hull this is what I am left with .personally quite happy with results but to take to another level as in back to showroom it might have take at least another month .
As I previously mentioned just because you do not see me doesn't mean to say im not busy somewhere .
