Automatic Driving Lessons Barnstaple

Gosh where has the time gone, since we last posted. Been busy with work and other stuff. With 12 learners passing in the last few weeks, we will be celebrating their successes in the next few days. We now have helped 40 learners pass this year.

Here is a photo of the hard working duo, who have had some routine maintenance recently, to ensure they keep working.

Looking ahead it looks like there is going to be some disruptions with traffic in Barnstaple. Due to replacement gas pipes, there will be some road closures and traffic lights.
It will be split into 3 parts.

Starting 15th June and finishing the 23rd August, the road from Cedars roundabout heading towards Fremington will be closed.
The diversion route will use the link road, though I would imagine the back roads around Fremington will be busy.

The next stage and this will be the biggest disruption is partially closing of the road from Sticklepath kick (Barnhenge) to Cedars. The date for this will be 24th August to 8th November.
You wil be able to drive to the college from Cedars, then down to the sticklepath junction. However you won’t be able to go the opposite direction.

Last stage will be the traffic lights near Fremington Quay. The date for this will be 9th November to 20th December.

The main issue for driving lessons will be the congestion caused. We will be looking at adapting any lessons to fit around the roadworks.

As for driving tests, we imagine they will try and avoid the areas mentioned. As they will want to avoid any unnecessary hold-ups.

Another successful manual learner

Congratulations to Mya on passing her driving test, at her 1st attempt. A 0 minor pass was achieved on a prefect test. Mya travelled up from Tiverton to have lessons and her test, after a previous unpleasant experience. Fantastic result and here is Mya with her car. We wish you all the best for the future.

Congratulations to Jess on passing her driving test at her 1st attempt, in our automatic car. . Jess had some previous experience and needed confidence building to feel that she was safe, and ready, for a driving test. Another successful manual learner

Second of our successful learners from last week..

Congratulations to Charlotte on passing her driving test at her 1st attempt. With just a couple of driving faults, a safe drive was achieved and Charlotte can now enjoy her freedom.
Private practice was encouraged during the tuition with Lee, and thus help with building skill and knowledge.
With Charlotte and her sister having passed with our help, we will await their younger sibling.
