The booking system for the driving tests as it stands is a nightmare . As instructors unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do to improve the situation .
We never take pupils for test who aren’t ready for safety purposes and now this is another reason . You want the best chance in passing first time so you don’t need to wait for another test . We understand pupils and parents frustration but please remember that safety is ultimately the key to making sure your child or yourself are ready to drive independently .
There are options to swap with other pupils if it suits each individual and we can discuss with each pupil their learning plan when waiting for a date . Let’s keep our kids safe and enable them to become confident , safe drivers 🚘🚘
