Vauxhall Zafira with a clutch issue, customer lost all resistance in the clutch. Couldn’t see any leaks but somehow air was still getting into the system, customer asked me to replace the whole clutch pack, slave cylinder and master. I suggested to only replace the master cylinder first to keep their cost down. I replaced the master and reverse bled the system and now they’ve got their clutch back in working order✅

I’m by no means a bodyshop professional and this isn’t meant to be perfect, eventually I will be getting the whole car painted British Racing Green. I just needed to stem the rust from spreading further. It will need some welding in the future but for now this will do☺️

Project XKS

Finally got round to replacing the front discs and pads, MTEC dimpled and grooved performance discs matched with Brembo pads. I also painted the discs to help rust prevention. New rear anti roll bar links. I will be doing the rear discs and pads soon and replacing the front anti roll bar links and track rod ends. Loads more suspension work to come👌🏼

2025 MG5 rear seat belt decided to stop retracting. I went out to remove the seat belt and I sent it off to the airbag team for a repair. The customer had already bought a replacement but wasn’t quite the correct one, luckily the mounting bracket was the same. I installed temporarily, as per customers request, while the original was being repaired. I also tidied up their CCTV recording box wires and mounted it where they asked me to. CCTV required as the vehicle is a taxi. Repaired seatbelt installed👌🏼

VW Tiguan with traction control and ABS warning lights on the dash, suspected wheel speed sensor before I arrived. I confirmed the nearside front sensor had failed, via my diagnostic scanner and reading live data streams on a test drive and confirmed wiring was in good condition. Easy fix, replacement sensors ordered as a pair and replaced both front sensors for the price of one. Keeping my loyal customers happy😁

First time working on a motorhome but still all the fun👌🏼 I fixed a few smaller things that needed doing, re-sealing a head light, fixing coolant leaks and a split hose. I then made sure the vehicle was road worthy as the customer had planned to take it on a road trip. Followed by an oil service and coolant flush and refill

Again, not for everyone’s taste but I wanted a push to start button so I fitted one😁

Super time consuming job and fiddly. One little issue with my original fitment of the button due to part of the gear selector being in the way but managed to cover up the first hole and moved the button over to the right, now she starts on the button👌🏼I will be putting the growling Jaguar logo on the button when I can source one

I haven’t posted anything for a while😳

New to the customer, Audi A6, check over. All good apart from a few battery related issues and I found a pinhole in one of the intercooler pipes with my smoke machine.

And a returning customer’s Seat Leon with a failed boot latch, easy job with replacement boot latch.
