Heres a customers Honda CBR600F we had in as it failed it’s MOT for a few things.

One being the exhaust headers had completely rotten through.

One of the worst we have seen to this day!

Thankfully we were able to remove the old exhaust and all the Nuts/Studs successfully without snapping any.

Although we did have to use oxy-acetylene to heat them red hot before removal.

Despite the old exhaust looking terrible & being a fire hazard. It also causes a huge loss in back pressure to the cylinders and the bike was noticeably down on power when it came in.

This bike has now passed it’s MOT, running better than ever and sounds great 👍

This ZX9R came in with a clutch that only started slipping once the bike was properly up to temperature and put under hard acceleration.

Stripped the clutch down and found one of the friction plates had broken apart inside the basket 😬

New EBC friction plates and heavy-duty springs fitted and she’s all back together. Just waiting for some dry weather to give it a proper road test. 🏍️💨
