Delivered this Mk1 Cab back to after a few hiccups along the way, mainly a knackered engine that was supplied to him! All sorted and the 225 K04 engine swap running nice. Cab has a fresh MOT and he’s been hooning around his home town.

Corrado G60 we had in for all sorts of electrical issues. Dash gauges working backwards, fans inop, lights and wipers inop.

Also needing engine sensors all checked and replaced as needed.

Stunning mk2 was in a while back with catastrophic failure! This was built a long time ago, not by us.

Fast forward and boom a rod and piston left the venue, taking half the block and the oil pump in the process.

New block, rods, pistons, ARP bolts, valves, springs, oil pump, seals and gaskets throughout.

Sent on its way to get some miles on it and recently returned to be swapped from ME3 old management onto ME7 wideband set up to have the K04 doing its best after its mapping session

Here’s one we forgot to post earlier this year!
Going to be completely transparent in this post so please read on.
Polo Dune was brought to us wanting a BAM fitted from a TT that they were told to buy for the swap, wrong gearbox was advised to buy and also the wrong bracket kits!
On stripping the car there was a new subframe supplied to be fitted along with a new steering rack and we found both power steering pipes badly corroded. New parts were eventually sourced and fitted.
Wiring loom was done in house, engine fitted once correct brackets and gearbox was fitted. Polo GTI hubs and calipers were fitted at the time.

Now the transparent part of the post!
It was brought to our attention that some other person has posted pictures of this car claiming to have carried out the conversion on the Dune, when frankly they didn’t.
This industry never seems to shock me any more, and they should try sticking to their own industry!

Mk2 Jetta off out to the owner. Came in with a VR6 fitted. All the mk3 cut up looms removed and put back to being a mk2 loom. In the process we upgraded it to a 3.2 TT engine.
