Set of Suzuki SV650 forks in for a service and previously worked on by a numpty, top cap was so tight they got a chisel to it as they had rounded off the nut 🤦‍♂️ so Iv had to machine the top cap off the tube.

I don’t think these forks have been serviced for a while on this Panagale V4S, amazes me why Ohlins don’t anodize there ...

I don’t think these forks have been serviced for a while on this Panagale V4S, amazes me why Ohlins don’t anodize there damping tubes and rods, it would stop the oil from getting contaminated so quickly
