After 2 years of waiting, i have finally received my NCTVET Certificate for COMMERCIAL DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS LEVEL 4 certification.

I was informed recently that i am 1 of 19 driving instructors that passed the driving instructor course condected recently and will be presented with my cirtificate before the end of this month.

Lesson 1. Before practice commences.

A. Responsibility of a driver.

Your responsibility as a driver is tantamount to that of a president or prime minister running a country.
This means that you are responsible for and will be held responsible for every living and inanimate thing you come access while driving. You will be held responsible for anything you; kill, injured or damage while driving.

You are the one with total control of the vehicle and it does whatever you make it do.
