Here we have a customer who had visited another company, and was told their DPF could not be cleaned and must be replaced.

They then came to us, we cleaned their DPF successfully, and also filled up the empty EOLYS tank (which was the reason the DPF was full)

One very happy customer, with a bill a fraction of the price they were quoted!

We often hear this - 'Your DPF can't be cleaned, it needs replacing' - 99% of the time we have cleaned them successfully, and if we can't get it clean, we don't charge!

A common reason a Ford DPF fills up is a blocked fuel vaporiser.

The vaporiser injects diesel into the exhaust during a DPF regeneration, allowing the DPF to reach high temperatures, if the vaporiser is blocked (with soot/carbon) the DPF can not reach the temperature needed to clean itself.

The DPF fills, can't clean, and puts your car into 'limp mode' - we remove both the DPF and vaporiser, cleaning them both, making sure they've both got good flow, before refitting them back to the car. Good as new!

DPF cleaned on a Ford Transit Connect today - this one was very sooty!

Customer had been to another garage who had apparently 'cleaned' this DPF!!! 😡

🚫 Don't get ripped off - the only way for true cleaning results is to remove the DPF from the vehicle and flush it out properly!

Thats the only way we do it, because thats the only way that truly works! 💯
