Whilst on a call out today we had a woman approach us with concerns of a burning smell after she had shut her caravan up for the season .
Obviously we went right away to help her as if the system is drained & electrics shut down there shouldn't be any issues ......
Unfortunately she hadn't shut the 12v system down & had left a tap slightly adrift resulting in the pump running dry (onboard tank) this could have been catastrophic if she hadn't of called me over or hadn't returned when she did .
Obviously problem rectified , correct fuse put in place & new pump supplied & fitted.
Please take EXTRA care when shutting your caravan down for the winter period & if you'd like help doing this give us a call at LCP Tourers & we'll do the winter shut down for you .
If you are an all season adventurer, remember we're here day & night for you..... 🏕

Very rare to see these px chargers go wrong however they do occasionally......

Not to worry -
Quick phone call - send the van out there - diagnosed issue - replaced with a newer style unit - job done 👍!

We popped some spooky 🎃 Halloween treats into our local primary school for all the kiddies there.
We dedicate alot of our time here helping out , fundraising & organising as this school is very close to both our hearts.
Its a wonderful school full of fantastic parents (& children) who also help us no end & Laura (my wife) the beating heart of the company dedicates all her time to school & work so feels right lcp now starts helping too by donating to the small school charity "FOWHPS" Friends of Walpole highway primary school to show our support too

Weve been fitting alot just recently due to the very old fridges being un economically repairable due to many parts being either over priced or just not available!
We keep fridges in stock! So no long delays .

A thorough deep clean on a set of brakes that just wasn't doing their job!
Unfortunately someone had got very excited with copper grease 🎨 🖌
And it was absolutely everywhere!!!
1hr & looking as new 👀 👌
