Vauxhall Mokka came in for losing coolant after doing checks on the vehicle we diagnosed that the head gasket had failed. We stripped the vehicle down and the cylinder head was sent away to our local engine centre for a head skim and pressure test once we got the head back the vehicle was put back together including all new gaskets , timing chain , water pump , new oil and filter and coolant.

Ford ranger in for mot we are now completing the mot failures which included both front top upper arms, track rod end, wheel alignment and a couple of bulbs vehicle will be retested today and back to the customer.

Vehicle Technician – Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a range of vehicles to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
• Repair or replace defective vehicle components
• Perform MOT preparation and safety inspections
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Work as part of a team while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
• Relevant vehicle maintenance and repair qualifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence preferred
