Race spec 2ZZ running Piper 285 cams being run in for the start of the 2025 season. Race spec 2ZZ, Piper 285 cams, Cosworth head gasket, ACL race bearings, track-club EN24 updated oil pump and motorsport oil pick up, Supertech valves, Eiback springs and titanium retainers

Nice 2ZZ finished with a refreshed supercharger assembly, new butterfly valve, new clutch and forged rods, pistons, race bearings etc ready for a race customer.

We have 2ZZ, 2ZR & 2GR engines available on the shelf or parts available for bespoke builds.

We’ve seen worse / dirtier K Series engines for rebuild…… admittedly not much and I can’t remember when!

We have a few 997’s coming apart at the moment for bore scoring reasons, these ones are pretty bad and for those looking for a clear image of what bad scoring looks like there’s a couple here.

Some pictures of our vapour blasted cylinder heads.

We’ve had some blanking plates and other parts made up to reduce the cleaning time required following the blast process and eliminate the risk of any blast media ending up where it shouldn’t.

These are Boxster 3.2 heads which were on the engine we refreshed for our dyno install set up.

That process is now complete and the engine will be rebuilt and available for sale whilst we move the dyno project forwards and look to run a 997.1 set up.

Lotus / Toyota 2ZZ

Fully forged bottom end with Piper 285 stage 2 cams and uprated race spec oil system.

Pushing out over 200bhp with a healthy increase in torque.

We have a couple of changes to make to the adapter loom between the standard Boxster harness and the SCS Delta 900 ECU and then we’ll be ready to develop a full engine calibration but in the meantime time it’s quite happy up to 6250rpm and making good power.

First run of a 3.2 Boxster engine on the dyno. We’ve built many of those but they will now be available fully run in and tested.

ECU options and full calibration also available.

Phase 1 of our project to run the M96 / M97 Porsche engines in the dyno is complete.

Loom is currently under construction and dynonexhaust fabrication to do and then we will be able to offer full engine build, run in and test options for this family of Porsche engines.

Plug & play ECU & motorsport upgrade options all available.
