When Kitty got into my car for her pre test lesson this morning and asked me which peddle was the brake...made me " a little" worried with her having so many doubts only an hour before her test..
She told me it was just nerves and luckily she proved me right with a first time pass with Clear-Your-Way Driving on the 9.07 at the Knaresborough test centre this morning!
Now you can worry about saving for a car instead of driving lessons Kitty!

It was a very early start at 7am this morning in preparation for Thomas's 8.10am first time pass at Knaresborough!
Battling on through the rain he's managed to now please his boss with a driving licence and regain back his independence!

Im such a short time Esme passed her driving test 1st attempt at Knaresborough this morning!
A natural born driver with the funniest of stories to tell me about her trips to Scarborough and Halloween I will be sad to wave her off already!
Only 4 minor faults and an amazing best friend to give her test tips means that she can now try and persuade Dad to buy her a car this week!

Sofia felt the pressure this morning as she had family members and her sister over for the holidays waiting on her for her driving test result.
Little did she know that she didn't have a thing to worry about with only 1 driving fault on her first attempt on the 8.10 at Knaresborough test centre!
It was nice to catch up with her and family again after teaching her sister a few years before.
I will miss listening to the latest gossip but so pleased you can now get that L plate off, put the roof down and go and surprise all your friends!
Just think Sofia- you never have to do the Empress roundabout ever again if you don't want to- just spend your time avoiding it 😉

I think we can honestly say that the super early 7am lesson was well worth it today as Zara passed her driving test on the 8.10am this morning at Knaresborough test centre.
What is really remarkable is that she managed this all alongside work, university, exams and travels!
At one point she had a lesson only hours after travelling home from Thailand which is what I call dedication!!
Her hard work and determination during this time has certainly paid off as now- Zara you can go to Indonesia 🇮🇩 with a pink license !!
It's been an absolute pleasure to teach and get to know you.
I will miss hearing all about your adventures abroad with Jake and I wish you all the luck with your new job.

Scottish Mcnee came all the way from Glasgow to Harrogate just to have driving lessons with me, which proved to be worthwhile becuse he passed 1st time on the 1.35 Knaresborough test with only 1 driving fault!!
This means that I've officially taught him to drive better than he can sing.
I will miss our Tuesday morning lessons and our discussions about how Carbonara does actually come in a tin form; but now it's time to get your new car and insurance and get on those roads so you no longer have to wait for the 36 bus!

Annie took the 11.11 test today at Knaresborough and passed first time with only 2 minor faults!
Speed being her favourite part of driving of course one of those faults would be that!
But now you can repay your friends back giving them lifts and get to paddle / school and work without having to rely on other people !

Congratulations to Lewis who not only achieved a first time pass!! He also only got 1 minor fault on the 12.38 test at Knaresborough today.
Very impressive start to his week.
It's been a pleasure to teach and get to know Lewis. We've had many laughs along the way and I wish you all the luck with the car viewing this evening. If all goes well, you can now drive yourself to work and college- No more having to get that bus!

A lot of my students keep it a secret when they take their test so they can surprise their close ones when they pass.
Not only did Frankie do this- but from day 1 she has kept it a secret that she was even having driving lessons. She's gone through her theory, her weekly Monday lessons and even not having the ease of being picked up from school for lessons... she would sneak home so know one would suspect!!
So today whilst she was " working" she sailed through her test with a FIRST time pass on the 2.32 at Knaresborough!
I don't know if we're more excited to get her pass certificate today or surprise all her loved ones with the amazing, well deserved news!
I will miss our Monday sneaky lessons as I will miss all the gossip updates! But now it's all out in the open- a massive congratulations Frankie.
It's been a pleasure to teach and laugh with you - even if your time keeping isn't at it's best 🤣🤣
