Don’t forget that you can get your vehicle MOT tested up to one calendar month before the existing MOT expires, whilst still preserving the anniversary of your expiry date.

With the busy testing period approaching, please make sure you check your MOT expiry date and book your MOT in advance to avoid disappointment.

We have also provided our staff & customers with a hand sanitising station 🧼🧴and placed a protective screen guard in reception.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning & disinfecting and placed a limit on the amount of people in our reception to avoid unnecessary overcrowding - Only a maximum of 2 people at any time! 👥

🛑IMPORTANT UPDATE🛑 from the Roads Minister regarding MOT’s‼️

From 1st August 2020,
6 month MOT extensions will be abolished and all cars, vans & motorcycles due for an MOT from this date must obtain an MOT certificate!

All drivers with an MOT due date between 30th March - 1st August 2020 will still be granted the 6 month exemption from MOT testing.

Just to let our customers know that the Government’s MOT extension scheme is still in place until March 2021. Your car, van or motorcycle’s MOT expiry date will be automatically extended by 6 months if it’s due on or after 30th March 2020!
MOT expiry dates are being extended to help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

✔️Our MOT text message reminders will automatically update your MOT expiry date for you 🙂

However, you still have the responsibility of ensuring your vehicle’s safety whilst driving on the road and could face:
💷 a fine of up-to £2,500
🚫 be banned from driving &
🧨recieve 3 penalty points for driving a vehicle in an unsafe condition!
