We’re looking for experienced Night Shift Breakdown Support Staff to join us and support a unique and exciting contract.

🏠 **100% remote – work from home**
🔄 **4 on, 4 off shift pattern**
🌙 **18:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday**
📅 **1 in 4 weekends**

This isn't your standard call centre role. You'll be working in a fast paced breakdown environment, supporting live incidents and helping keep vehicles moving across the UK.

Previous experience within breakdown management, vehicle recovery or roadside assistance would be a huge advantage.

💻 Experience using Apex RMS will be a distinct advantage.
