During the current heatwave, while the majority of our customers are incredibly grateful of the work we do, some just don’t respect how hard our staff are working in the heat trying to keep customers cars AC Systems working and keeping them cool.
On Friday 26th June, for the first time in 25 years, we had to shut our doors and send all our staff home for their own wellbeing, as the workshop temperatures went over 40 degrees!!
The day before in the heatwave, on Thursday 25th June, we had a customer become so aggressive because her AC in her car wasn’t working, that she became incredibly abusive, and threatening to our staff, unbelievably, in front of her child, while her husband just watches!
Our staff just kept their cool, and remain professional and calm at all times, and eventually politely to remove herself from our premises and not return.
She then has the audacity to leave us a 1 star Google Review! 🤷🏼♂️

No one while at work deserves to be treated like this, and the incident will be reported to the Northamptonshire Police police for investigation.
*There is no sound as this is an outside camera in the carpark filming from a long distance. I am sure the body language needs no sound, and your imagination will tell you the words!*
