The 3-day event will have manned displays of veterinary equipment, leather and saddlery work, First World War weapons and a Vickers Gun as well as a short length of working light rail to demonstrate resupply to the trenches. There will also be displays of horse-drawn vehicles, including a General Service Wagon, Horse Ambulance, Water Cart and a Mess Cart and so much more.

A First World War Soyer stove will provide sausages and bacon sandwiches for visitors to purchase along with tea or coffee during their visit, so remember to bring some cash! The RLC Museum will be open to visitors alongside the event and is FREE to enter.

‘War Horses at the Museum’ will run from 11th- 13th August 2022, 9:30-16:00.

Croford Coachbuilders are feeling very proud of the contributions that we have made, both past and present to the The Gold State Coach. We feel very privileged to have been involved with such history in the making. Since before the Silver Jubilee, Croford Coachbuilders have undertaken numerous restoration and maintenance works of this magnificent State Coach, thus ensuring the immaculate condition and splendour. We would like to thank all our customers, including the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery, in this very special year.

What an amazing last day here at the Royal Windsor Horse Show!!
We had some very special guests come to see us. The lovely Mr & Mrs Pratt, the owners of the restored hand cart, completed by our apprentice Ted Shepherd and a visit from HRH Prince Edward !
What a very special show. We have met some lovely people and renewed old acquaintances.
