Some handovers are just that little bit extra special. ❤️

We’ve had the pleasure of handing over this stunning Ford Transit Custom Sport, finished in beautiful Metallic Chrome Blue.

The van will primarily be put to work supporting their ever-expanding cleaning business, giving them the extra space and versatility they need as the business continues to grow. But it won’t all be work… they’re also planning plenty of well-earned weekends away in it too! 🙌

Another local tradesman came to Lakeland Vans looking for something a little bit different, a van that could handle work, leisure and, of course, those all-important fishing trips away! 🎣

Having owned and loved a VW T5 for many years, there was really only one way to go… upgrade to a T6.1! 😍

Happy Handover Day!

Another local tradesman came to Lakeland Vans looking for something just a little bit different, and this 2024 Citroën Dispatch XL turned out to be the perfect fit!

One of the big requirements was space. He needed to be able to carry his 8-foot timber sheets comfortably and, with the extra length of the Dispatch XL, there’s even room to spare!

Happy Handover Day!

This stunning 2023 Ford Transit Connect, finished in Metallic Agate Black, is heading off to its new home with a company based in Cambridge!

They needed a versatile vehicle to transport team members and goods across the UK and Europe, and this Transit Connect fitted the brief perfectly. ✔️🌍

The company owner made the journey up to Lakeland Vans last week to see the van and complete the purchase in person. Unfortunately, a very busy work diary meant making the trip back up for collection wasn’t possible.

No problem at all! 🙌 We work with a trusted and reliable vehicle movement company, who were only too happy to help get the van safely delivered and keep everything straightforward for our customer.

Happy Handover!

Sometimes a customer comes to us with a very specific wish list… and this local gardener knew exactly what he wanted!

✔️ Had to be a VW Caddy
✔️ Had to be Reflex Silver
✔️ Had to have a glazed tailgate
✔️ Had to be in great condition
✔️ Had to have good service history

Well… say no more, EVERY box ticked! 🙌

Before handover, our team also completed the cambelt and water pump, making sure his new Caddy was properly prepared and ready to get to work.

We were also delighted to take his beloved VW Tiguan in part exchange, making the whole process as straightforward as possible.

The result? One very happy man and exactly the van he’d been looking for! 😁🚐

We absolutely loved being part of this one!

This lovely Customer and her family came to Lakeland Vans looking for the right van to help kick-start an exciting new business venture in dog boarding and walking. 🐶🐕

It’s a completely different direction from her current occupation, and we mean by a loooong stretch, but sometimes the biggest changes lead to the best adventures.

There’s something really special about seeing someone take that leap and turn a new idea into reality, and we’re delighted we could help with one of the most important pieces of the puzzle, the van! 🚐

Another fantastic local handover at Lakeland Vans!

Our customer, a local groundworker, was looking for something that could offer the best of both worlds, a van for business and for pleasure, and this stunning 2021 Ford Transit Custom Trail, finished in Metallic Chrome Blue, ticked all the boxes. ✔️

Although, his parting words did make us laugh… apparently it might be “too good for work”! 🤣 So the trusty old workhorse may be sticking around while this one gets kept for best!

We can’t say we blame him, it really is a cracking-looking van. 💙

We had the pleasure of welcoming an emergency fuel delivery company all the way from Hull, who came to us looking for a very specific van for a very specific job, and thankfully, we had exactly what they needed.
