We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming a fantastic customer who lives in Denmark but also likes to visit the Lake District. When it came to upgrading his Volkswagen ID. Buzz, we're incredibly proud that he chose Lakeland Campervan Interiors. 🙌

A New Benchmark for Lakeland Campervan Interiors.

Some builds are special... and this is definitely one of them.

We're incredibly proud to unveil this brand-new 26-plate MAN TGE 3.180 LION XC 4x4 Automatic, custom designed and handcrafted by the team here at Lakeland Campervan Interiors.

From day one, this was never going to be an off-the-shelf conversion. Every detail was carefully designed around our customer's vision to create a premium camper that's equally at home exploring the mountains as it is relaxing on a campsite.

Built for Adventure

The exterior features a discreet hook-up point, exterior floodlight, hot and cold outdoor shower, Truma ventilation, water fill for the 94-litre underslung fresh water tank, plus rugged MULE styling with integrated Lazer Lights to complete the look.

Luxury Meets Practicality

Inside, you'll find an R & J patented scissor-lift swivel base, a spacious living area and a full-size 800mm shower complete with our bespoke ROLDour blackout shower door.

The hidden Truma Combi 4E provides heating and hot water throughout the van, while an Indel B 12V air conditioning unit keeps things comfortable during warmer days.

The bespoke kitchen features a NomadicArk 90L fridge freezer, Topline twin-burner hob and Argent black sink, all designed to complement the van's sleek black and grey interior.

Ready for Life Off-Grid

Powering the entire conversion is a huge 668Ah Fogstar Lithium battery system, managed by a Victron Cerbo GX, giving complete control over battery levels, solar input and shore power wherever the adventure takes you.

To the rear, our custom-built seating provides generous storage before transforming into a comfortable bedroom thanks to the electric Lippert bed system, which lowers effortlessly at the touch of a button.

This Ford Transit Custom just got a serious upgrade 👌🚐

We recently completed this build for our customer, installing a Drivelodge elevating camper van roof along with a Fiamma awning — two of the best upgrades you can add to a camper conversion.

The elevating roof completely transforms the van, creating extra sleeping space, more headroom, and making the whole van feel bigger and more usable. Pair that with a Fiamma awning and you’ve instantly got a brilliant outdoor setup for camping trips, weekends away, or just relaxing with a brew outside the van ☀️

Another exciting conversion completed here at Lakeland Campervan Interiors 🙌

This time we worked on a PEUGEOT BOXER 335 PROF PREM+ L3H2 BHDI, carrying out a custom conversion tailored to exactly what our customer wanted.

One of the standout features on this build is the Drivelodge elevating roof conversion — but with a twist 👀

Our customer wanted something a little different, so we installed a Fiamma Roof Vent 28 F skylight directly into the pop-top roof. It’s not something you see every day on an elevating roof conversion, but the end result looks absolutely awesome and adds even more light and ventilation to the camper.

We also fitted safari-style windows, giving the van a fantastic look and making it perfect for future adventures.

The customer will now continue the campervan build themselves, and we can’t wait to see the finished result once it’s fully completed 🚐
