A well -maintained handbrake is critical for vehicle safety. Preventing unintended movement when parked and acting as a crucial backup in case of hydraulic brake failure. It ensures stability on slopes, enables seamless hill start, and can assist in controlling the car during emergency stops or aggressive maneuvers like drifting. We do not recommend doing the last ones though:)
