Busy for me on the adas calibration stuff at the moment yesterday had a taxi in for diagnostic found mounting broken fit new part and alignment done and calibration and that was him back on the road to barrow, then today was electric car day lol kia Niro wheel alignment due to bad wearing rear tyres , camera calibration on the road and had to do radar static as it wouldn't calibrate due to being out of adjustment , then a passat from bodyshop for 4 wheel alignment, new radar component protection removal online and coding then calibration and lastly full electric golf radar had come detached so wheel alignment done and calibration done

Sorry for the lack of update on jobs I will post some recent jobs shortly. I thought I'd pop some pictures on of where we are upto with our new diagnostic and adas calibration bay it's coming too now and hopefully look great, new building means new equipment.....so yesterday we got our new intelligence adas equipment setup , and it was straight to work this morning on a 23 plate kia after windscreen fitted , this was a 2 stage calibration on the camera system which was no issues. The coming few weeks should see us finished inside and moving on to do the next building 👷‍♂️ lol.

Couple from last month a little corsa from main dealer in to have new lane assist camera coded online and then calibration done all done in house and then a skoda in from local bodyshop for 4 wheel alignment and front camera and radar calibration done ✔ also had camera and radar on Nissan which had misalignment faults but forgot to get pictures 📸 :/

Sorry we've been quiet on here its been really busy in the garage, we've had a few adas jobs in lately but forgot my pictures :/ . But yesterday we had Hella in the workshop themselves using our equipment for training up a customer that had come over from the Isle of man for the day that has purchased there equipment , we were happy to help out a great company .

Friday amongst loads of other jobs we had this 19 plate golf in from returning trade customer for 4 wheel alignment and front radar calibration .

Friday we had a couple of seat's in for adas work, first seat Leon fr in for wheel alignment and front radar calibration due to misalignment fault stored, next was an ateca that had had a towbar fitted elsewhere and as soon as wiring connected caused adas issues, it then when to the towbar people still no fix, we had 5 radar codes stored , no park assist and the rear view camera had disappeared off the stereo, we carried out a radar calibration and fixed all the radar faults but still no park assist or camera, we then carried out further coding and got park assist working and full 360 cameras and rear camera back on the stereo :) another couple of happy customers.

Sorry for lack of updates the garage has been flat out lately so just catching up on a few bits, a few from this month nice little polo GT in for tyres, wheel alignment and radar calibration, forgot to get pictures on a 2018 vw tiguan with failed front camera, so new genuine part fitted...coded and camera and radar calibration done. Clean Little 19 plate polo in from local bodyshop for new radar to have component protection removal and coding done and calibration all done in-house. Also a golf in front local car sales in kendal found this one the radar had dropped off mountings so refit ....4 wheel alignment and radar calibration job done, also another golf for wheel alignment and front radar calibration but forgot that picture too.

Here's a couple from this week in for adas calibrations .....its not just fancy cars fitted with this equipment this farm pickup had had body repairs done and wheel alignment so required front camera calibration.... Next up was this 2020 golf gti with complaint of adaptive cruise not working and warnings on dashboard, our findings were unreal ..... we found somehow unknown to the owner the radar was in the wrong way round 😳 we carried out full 4 wheel alignment and calibration to lane assist camera and radar....another 2 happy customers

Here's a few from last couple of weeks there was also a seat arona for front radar and new headlight coding but forgot pictures, we carry out also sorts of new component coding so don't be stuck drop us a message or email and we'll see if we can do it.

Here's one from this mornings shift trying to catch up :/ .... this awesome Audi e-tron gt had been into our good friends at grovehill garage for body work and wheel alignment so we had to carry out calibration of the front windscreen camera on this one.........the weird one on this one was it had a radar front and rear fitted but due to the way the vehicle had been spec'd at the factory none of this stuff was active only lane assist but could go bk to the dealer if they wanted for it all to be activated at additional cost....roll on the next one monday morning
