Kendal Character Campers Handmade and totally bespoke off grid campervan for hire. Our camper is a totally bespoke, unique and lovingly hand built mini home on wheels. laptop computer.

Perfectly located in Kendal, ready to explore the beautiful Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Scotland and more. Hire includes fully comp insurance, breakdown cover and of course the van itself with all features listed below. Just like with car hire, a fully refundable deposit is required in case of damage. Our van functions perfectly for 1 or 2 people and is equally at home on a campsite in the La

kes as it is in the wilds of Scotland. It is completely off grid with it's own solar electrics, gas double hob, 12v fridge, wet room with toilet and 12v shower and a sink with running water. It has a big wind out awning and comes complete with camping chairs and table. It is also fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery, kitchen equipment, tea, coffee and of course a spice rack. 2 berth or 2 + child if you're feeling really cosy. Self contained wet room with 12v shower and portable toilet. L-Shaped sofa pulling out to full size double bed. Sink with running cold water.
2 burner gas hob.
12v fridge with freezer tray. Solar panel to power all electrics, including USB charging ports and 240v inverter for small appliances, e.g. Large wind-out awning. Lots of drawer and cupboard storage for clothes and bit and bobs. All bedding included. Outdoor camping chairs and table included free of charge.
