Professional brake caliper and wheel refurbishment.

A great finish on this Porsche. From the factory dull black/grey to the speed yellow.

With the car being left with us, all calipers removed and stripped down to the bare components.

Full media blast and prepped for coating, finishing in a three stage powder coat.

Built back up with new seals, dust covers, cross over pipes and high temperature decals.

Installed back onto the car with braided hoses and a free brake fluid change.

Plus a full wheel refurbishment in original silver.

Professional brake caliper refurbishment....

8pot k sport front calipers and single pot standard Ford st rear calipers.

Completely stripped down media blasted and powder coated finishing them in a pure gold.

Calipers built back up with new seal, pistons, dust covers, rubbers, cross over pipes and bleed screws.

Also replacing discs and pads all round, including colour matched Hel braided hoses.

A lot of work and attention to detail goes into these refurbishments and hopefully the end results speak for themselves.

Three stages of powder to finish

Fully rebuilt with brand new seals,rubbers,internals and pistons also upgrading the bleed ni***es from 9mm to 11mm making these as good as new again.

What a turn around for these Renault Clio 197 brake calipers....

Red really is a popular colour for us for reasons you can see why with results better then factory.

With the car being left with us to remove and install, we can insure the job is done right with a free complimentary brake fluid change.

With a full strip down and chemical strip to remove any old coating.
We media the calipers to get the surface ready for powder coating.
Using a three stage powder coat finishing them in a high gloss red.

Building them back up replacing everything replaced, pistons, seals, dust covers, rubbers.
Making new cross over pipes to replace the old and even putting iridescent titanium bleed screws....

Using high temperature Brembo decals to finish them.

Fitting them back to the car along with discs and pads all round and full 6 piece HEL braided brake hose kit.

A lot of work went into this refurbishment and the results speak for themselves.

A privilege to of worked on this animal of a car

With the only thing letting this car down is the condition of the calipers from factory, they where due refurbishment.

After removing the Dodge Hellcats 6 pot fronts and 4 pot rears Brembo calipers, we stripped them down ready for media blasting.

Prepping the calipers ready for powder coating finishing them in a satin army green.

We built them back up with new internals, seals, rubbers and bleeds screws. Cleaning up the pad fitting kit before reinstalling them. Changing out the brake fluid at the same time.

These calipers really are the finishing touch ......

Another couple of sets of 944 front calipers completely turn around.

Stripped down with all internal components removed.

Media blasted and prepped ready for coating.

Finishing them in a three stage silver powder coat.

Rebuilding them with brand new internals, seals, rubbers and bleed screws also repairing the snapped off screw.

A great finish on this full set of Jaguar XK-R Brembo calipers.

Stripped down to the bare components and all old coatings chemically removed then media blasted.

Then into a three stage powder coat finishing in gloss red with high temperature decals to really set them off.

Finally building them up with new seals, dust covers, bleed screws and caps.

The calipers on most vehicles aren't a big item but the certainly let it down left untreated... with a little bit of our help we can change them completely.

With the vehicle being left with his to remove and reinstall. We removed the calipers fully stripped them and media blasted.

Then prepared for the first stage of powder coat followed by colour and lacquer.

Rebuilt and tested before we refitted to the vehicle. With a free brake fluid change at the same time.
