▪️Water managed to seep past the inner tie rod boots, causing internal shaft corrosion that made the steering feel clunky and noisy.

✅ Full Steering Rack Replacement: Removed the water-damaged unit and installed a fresh rack.

✅ VAG Group Coding & Diagnostics: Performed all necessary software adaptations, steering angle sensor calibrations, and basic settings using specialized VCDS diagnostic tools.

▪️ This trusty Polo came in with a customer complaint about a humming noise that got louder as speed increased.

▪️ We put the car up on the ramp to inspect the wheels and identified a failing wheel bearing.

🚗 Ford Focus Mk2 2011 1.6 Petrol – Steering Rack Replacement 🚗

▪️A customer brought in their Ford Focus after hearing worrying grinding noises coming from the vehicle. 🙄

▪️ After an initial sound diagnosis and inspection, we identified that the power steering fluid was low due to an internal leak in the steering rack itself.

▪️ After discussing the available options, the customer opted for a quality second-hand replacement. Here’s the work carried out to get them safely back on the road:

✅ Replaced Steering Rack
✅ Replaced Both Inner Tie Rods
✅ Replaced Both Outer Tie Rods
✅ Bled the Steering System
✅️ Subframe protection with underseal

▪️ The noise is completely gone, and the customer was all smiles heading back out on the road! 🛣️✨

🔧 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT 2.0 DIESEL (2014) –

▪️ REPAIR COMPLETE 🚗💥

▪️This Volkswagen Passat came into the shop with a customer complaining of unusual knocking and banging noises coming from the engine bay.
▪️As soon as we heard it, our team diagnosed the issue straight away: a severely worn dual-mass flywheel. While we had the gearbox out, we also replaced the full clutch setup and took care of the front brakes to ensure complete safety and reliability!

🚗 VOLKSWAGEN SHARAN 2015 – 2.0 Diesel

▪️ This Sharan arrived at the shop with a full "Christmas tree" of warning lights on the dashboard! 🎄😅

▪️ Instead of just throwing parts at the problem, we always carry out proper diagnostics first: 🍁

1️⃣ Diagnostics: Initial diagnostic scans flagged an ABS sensor reading out of range.

2️⃣ Investigation: Rather than swapping the sensor right away, we ran further tests and cleared the codes. During the test drive, the brake pedal gave resistance and felt like the ABS was unnecessarily triggering.

3️⃣ The Fix: This pinpointed the true issue — an ABS Ring failure, not a faulty sensor! We replaced the driver-side rear wheel bearing.

✅ Result: Full brake pedal functionality restored, and all dashboard lights are permanently off!

🚗 Major Overhaul Complete! 🛠️

▪️Vehicle: 2012 Ford Galaxy 2.0 Diesel

▪️This Ford Galaxy came into the workshop scheduled for a routine timing belt service due to its age and mileage. However, the customer also mentioned that shifting into 1st gear and reverse was getting stiff and difficult.
Upon inspection, we identified that the clutch and flywheel were worn out and needed replacement, along with several oil leaks around the engine and gearbox.
▪️We got straight to work and gave this Galaxy the complete care it needed!
