🚗 VOLKSWAGEN SHARAN 2015 – 2.0 Diesel

▪️ This Sharan arrived at the shop with a full "Christmas tree" of warning lights on the dashboard! 🎄😅

▪️ Instead of just throwing parts at the problem, we always carry out proper diagnostics first: 🍁

1️⃣ Diagnostics: Initial diagnostic scans flagged an ABS sensor reading out of range.

2️⃣ Investigation: Rather than swapping the sensor right away, we ran further tests and cleared the codes. During the test drive, the brake pedal gave resistance and felt like the ABS was unnecessarily triggering.

3️⃣ The Fix: This pinpointed the true issue — an ABS Ring failure, not a faulty sensor! We replaced the driver-side rear wheel bearing.

✅ Result: Full brake pedal functionality restored, and all dashboard lights are permanently off!

🚗 Major Overhaul Complete! 🛠️

▪️Vehicle: 2012 Ford Galaxy 2.0 Diesel

▪️This Ford Galaxy came into the workshop scheduled for a routine timing belt service due to its age and mileage. However, the customer also mentioned that shifting into 1st gear and reverse was getting stiff and difficult.
Upon inspection, we identified that the clutch and flywheel were worn out and needed replacement, along with several oil leaks around the engine and gearbox.
▪️We got straight to work and gave this Galaxy the complete care it needed!

MERCEDES-BENZ R-CLASS 2011 3.0 DIESEL

We recently had this Mercedes come into the workshop with rear air suspension issues. The owner noticed that one side of the car was dropping and sagging after sitting stationary for just a few hours. 🧑‍🔧

▪️To get to the bottom of it, we carried out a thorough diagnostic:

▪️Inspected the complete air suspension system.
Tested the valves and checked the air supply lines (all of which were working perfectly).

▪️Identified the culprit: a leaking rear air spring.

✅ ️Replaced the faulty rear passenger-side air spring with a brand-new unit.

✅ ️Calibrated the rear suspension system to ensure the ride height is perfectly level, safe, and comfortable.

▪️Another successful diagnostic and repair, saving the customer from potential further damage!

A customer recently brought this Smart ForTwo in after noticing an annoying humming sound while driving. 🔊

We took it out for a test drive, and our diagnosis was spot on: a failing front wheel bearing. 🛠️🔍

The Mercedes is scheduled for air suspension diagnostics and repairs. The customer has reported that the vehicle's rear suspension lowers after being parked for approximately five hours. Our diagnostic pinpointed the rear suspension air springs.👌

MERCEDES C-Class 2007 1.8 PETROL

Mercedes was scheduled for a culinary service, which unfortunately turned into a nightmare for a customer. 😬😵🥹 Before we commenced the service, we observed that the sump had a crack where the drain plug was located. ⛔️Additionally, we discovered that both rear coil springs were broken.⛔️ Thirdly, we noticed that the brake pedal engaged at a very low position, which could compromise the braking system's safety.⛔️ After presenting all these findings to the customer, he authorized us to proceed with the necessary repairs for his classic Mercedes. 🚀🚗
Therefore some parts like sump and Brake master cylinder was ordered directly from germany, due to the car age and difficulty to find parts 🇩🇪🚗🛠️

▪️ Replaced Sump Pan With OEM Part ✅️
▪️ Replaced Rear Bot Coil Springs ✅️
▪️ Replaced Brale Master Cylinder With OEM ✅️
▪️ Bleeding Brake System ✅️
▪️ Engine Interim Service Carried Out ✅️

After all that nightmare for a customer, he finally got his car back and can enjoy his classic Mercedes on the roads again, safe and sound! 💪
