MERCEDES C-Class 2007 1.8 PETROL

Mercedes was scheduled for a culinary service, which unfortunately turned into a nightmare for a customer. 😬😵🥹 Before we commenced the service, we observed that the sump had a crack where the drain plug was located. ⛔️Additionally, we discovered that both rear coil springs were broken.⛔️ Thirdly, we noticed that the brake pedal engaged at a very low position, which could compromise the braking system's safety.⛔️ After presenting all these findings to the customer, he authorized us to proceed with the necessary repairs for his classic Mercedes. 🚀🚗
Therefore some parts like sump and Brake master cylinder was ordered directly from germany, due to the car age and difficulty to find parts 🇩🇪🚗🛠️

▪️ Replaced Sump Pan With OEM Part ✅️
▪️ Replaced Rear Bot Coil Springs ✅️
▪️ Replaced Brale Master Cylinder With OEM ✅️
▪️ Bleeding Brake System ✅️
▪️ Engine Interim Service Carried Out ✅️

After all that nightmare for a customer, he finally got his car back and can enjoy his classic Mercedes on the roads again, safe and sound! 💪

Hyundai I40 1.7 DIESEL 2016

Customer came in with some strange complaints about their car, 🤷‍♂️ mentioning a loud bang and resistance when hitting the brake pedal. After checking brake components and running Live Data, we discovered a cracked ABS ring on the driver's side front!

✅️ Tested Suspension Components 🛠️🚗
✅️ identified The Cause of issue 🔍✔️
✅️ Replaced Front Driver Driveshaft ⚙️🔧

We installed a used driveshaft for this customer because a new part was unavailable or had a very long wait time. The ABS ring was also pressed onto the CV joint, so we decided to replace the entire driveshaft. Car is back on the road with a brake pedal that no longer bangs! 💪

Peugeot arrived with some strange dark coolant color, and upon further inspection and a quick expansion tank flush and test drive, we discovered mayonnaise foam in the expansion tank, confirming an oil and coolant mix issue. 🚗🔧

HONDA CRV 2011 2.2 DIESEL

This Honda rolled into our workshop with some strange whining noises and a shudder when engaging gears. We investigated and discovered that someone had previously performed clutch work, installing a cheap aftermarket clutch and incorrectly fitting the gearbox release fork. This improper installation and aftermarket clutch were the culprits behind the noises and shuddering! 😬❌️🤔👎

It appears that a previous timing belt service was incomplete, ❌️🤔 as the crankshaft seal, which was a point of failure, was not replaced at that time.🤦‍♂️ Consequently, we have decided with the client to address both the crankshaft seal and the timing belt to ensure the integrity of our work and provide a comprehensive warranty. 💯💥💫
