A winter battle this week 🥶 ⛄️

Busy week again with pmi’s/mot’s/diagnostic work and shoveling snow 😆

Daf cf came in with various warning lights on the dash, plugged in Texa to find lots of communication errors between egr/throttle pedal. Diagnosed crankcase ventilation module shorting the circuit and blowing fuse 28, new one fitted and back on the road🔧

Volvo FL in for mot prep and full service and was previously in for an abs fault, faulty passenger rear sensor which was replaced, and the sump had seen better days, swapped out for a shiny new one. 🔧

Few more jobs keeping us going again 👍

🔧 mot prep and full service on a daf LF, rear mounting bolt bridge bars for the brake discs was rotted away, new hubs and brakes fitted. Ready for test. 🔧

🔧Mercedes actros with esp/ebs/transmission faults all in one, plugged in Texa no communication with ebs ecu, stripped dash and checked wiring, customer replaced ecu then returned to us to get it programmed and calibrated. 🔧

🔧Scania V8 mixing oil in the coolant, full strip down into the middle of the v to replace cooler, once replaced flushed cooling system out and drained again, fresh coolant in like a bought een! 🔧

Busy few days in the work shop, here’s some of the jobs

🔧 rear steer axle brake re-line on a saf axle🔧

🔧ebs fault with haldex gen2 tried using external sensor for suspension pressure sensor didn’t cut it, new valve fitted programmed and end of line tested, back on the road 🔧

🔧whale tanker not changing from suction to pressure, strip down the changeover chamber and remover the selector good clean down and oil and rebuild, sook’in and bla’in nae bother now🔧
