Service Receptionist Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced full time receptionist/administrator to cover the front desk in our long established busy workshop in Inverness.

You will deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required over the phone and face to face.
Working with the workshop controller,
your duties will include:
Greeting customers, answering the telephone, taking bookings, payments, and other enquiries.
Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with your workshop team.
Keeping customers fully informed
Gaining authorisation for any additional work required.
Preparing invoices for customers.
You will demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to multi task, use of email, garage software (training given), online booking and ordering systems, and the ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand.
Previous experience of working within the motor sector is desirable, however don’t let that put you off as training in all areas can be given.
