We've been a bit quiet on social media recently with being so busy on the working side both on the road and in our workshops.

Here's a wee photo dump of a very small amount of the recent stuff not including our busy wee specialist motorbike van or our busy versatile tyre and roadside assistance vehicles. Our team have been very busy doing a superb job of keeping our bit of the world moving.

With increasing work loads we're always on the lookout for more great people to join our team. We have different shift patterns available including 4 on 4 off, or 6 on 3 off and part time work too. 📌CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR ☎️

Due to additional contracts and expanding business Ross’s Garage Ltd are looking for permanent Control Room Operators to join our team.

Hours will include dayshifts, backshifts and weekends on rotation (not negotiable).

Applicant must be able to pass a police vetting check.

The successful applicants will be based at our main control room in Milton of Clava, Culloden Moor, Inverness .(your own transport is a necessity as no public transport is available).

Are you an enthusiastic, positive people person who is self-motivated. Looking for a new challenge then this is the position for you.

The role will include

• Liaising with Customers, Recovery Clubs, and our Recovery Technicians
• Route Planning
• General office duties including Microsoft office suite, training will be given on bespoke software

For the right candidate we can offer flexibility with a great rate of pay. 28 days holiday pro rata, weekly pay and discounts on company services.
Any Call Centre experience would be an advantage and reflected in rate of pay offered.

This is one of the many reasons we choose to go to J&J Conversions Ltd in Andover for the vehicle recovery system on our trucks. Even 562 miles north if there is an issue (which there is not many) we have support. Mick and Richard have travelled to ourselves aswell as other up here to carry out some modifications and repairs to the hydraulic systems on several of our vehicles.
