Looking for a little more get up along with taking care of some Adblue related fault codes. We applied our Adblue solution along with stage 1 tune. Around 30-40bhp gain and 80nm of torque giving a little more get up and go.

Been massively lacking on updates but still here and still as busy as ever!

A3 CR150 8Y in for engine & gearbox tuning.

Great improvement over the flat stock power delivery, now keeps climbing the whole way, gearbox tuned at the same time to enhance shift speeds and clamping force. Makes for much smoother progression through the gears.

Transit number 6372746 of the year.

2021 transit custom 130 in for tuning and Adblue solution. Housing the SID212 Ecu, gave up posting the transits and rangers we were doing to save everyone news feed being clogged but little refresher for everyone that all transits & rangers right up to brand new can now be tuned in house. We have been doing at least one every day since they become available to be done without sending the Ecu away we have them absolutely dialled and making excellent power and torque with nice smooth power curve and still retaining/improving fuel economy.

Caddy CR140 transformation 😎

If you own a CR140, stage 1 tune not enough and looking for ultimate bang for buck set up this is it!

JW Automotive CR170 hybrid turbo, 4 bar map sensor, exhaust system and front mount intercooler.

We flashed stock file on with relative software deletes and map sensor scaled in to get out of limp mode and get a full run to monitor everything. Boost control was perfect even on stock software mirroring request all the way through the rev range. This makes our life much easier when tuning and credit to the turbo builder, so many poor hybrid turbos on the market set up completely wrong but this was bang on.

We spent most the morning tuning this on the Dyno, loads of revisions to find the sweet spot of making good repeatable power and keeping the temperatures within limits.

Finished up with a peak of 2bar tapering down to 1.6bar of boost hitting almost 250bhp. Peak numbers only tell half the story on this set up, hitting 200bhp below 3k revs and holding the power to almost 5k that’s what makes for a fast vehicle on the roads, epic area under the curve on this!

Seat Ateca 2.0TSI in for engine & gearbox tuning.

Huge improvements to be had from these with tuning, a little underwhelming on power delivery really flat torque curve making them feel like you have to keep revving them to get anywhere. Tuning completely changes the power band offering a massive improvement with power and mid range torque.

Transformations in the 20i’s are unreal!

BMW 320i in for engine & gearbox tuning. These are massively detuned from stock with huge scope for more power with a simple software remap.

This one being no different huge power and torque gained pulling hard to the Rev limiter.
