This set of 1st generation KYB PSF air forks were in recently for a service.
There was a deep gouge in one stanchion that we repaired using an epoxy resin. It had previously been filed smooth, which proved not to be enough to protect the seals.

We had a successful day at the final round of the 2024 Scottish Hare and Hounds series.
We gained a new mascot in the form of Winnie the Daschund.
Along with riders on our suspension setups winning in the expert, over 40 and over 50 categories. There was also a podium in the youth race.

Serviced, revalved, and reassembled with all the extras, including a bladder conversion, low friction piston bush, skf HD seal kit, and micro oil chrome shaft treatment.
