This one came in needing a turbo replacement, but unfortunately it wasn’t quite as straightforward as a standard turbo change.

Due to the large DPF and limited access around the engine bay, the engine had to be removed to gain proper access and carry out the job correctly.

Once out, we could properly inspect everything, replace the turbo and check the surrounding components before getting it all back together.

A bigger job than initially expected, but sometimes removing the engine is the most practical way to do the job properly. 💪🔧
