It was the customer relations officers birthday yesterday, he had a lovely day thanks to many friends and family, he got taken out by Debbie Latimer to go play, had some cheese at the Mallard pub and was horizontal a lot so overall a very enjoyable day! Happy 7th birthday Waffle, we love you so much xx

Probably the luckiest customer alive this week! An Audi A3 came in with a noise and coolant leak, when stripped apart we found the water pump had seized so the timing belt was driving over the sprocket wearing away the teeth of the belt, this vehicle wouldn't have done another mile in this state before the belt snapped causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage. A new timing belt kit with a water pump fitted and the customer was away the same day! On further discussion apparently the water pump had been leaking and making a rumbling noise for a long time 🤦🤦🤦
