Thanks to Evolution D&T for allowing us to chuck a lovely i30n onto their dyno 🙌 don’t find many helpful competitors these days but these guys are brill! 👏

Our mobile dyno wouldn’t fit onto the customers wheels since it had the internal torx shape, customer took it for a dyno elsewhere locally to him first and it’s common for others to not produce faithful runs… without datalogs during the dyno runs, it doesn’t paint a full faithful picture of what happened.

So confident of our tuning, we got the customer to come down and we offered to chuck it on the dyno at our friends at our expense, and without any tweaks, car actually made good stage 1 power just as we quoted, achieved a smidge more on torque too. We also datalogged all 3 runs, and all 3 looked happy, hpfp is a common issue on these so customer swapped it for an uprated one and during the logs on the dyno, performed happy back to back achieving 3 consistent results.

Final power was 303 BHP and 458 Nm

Catching up on some older work, my x3 35i has been serviced another time since this day due to the new turbo installation, always best practice to get fresh engine oil and filter in! With Millers as our chosen engine syrup! Opted in for the 5W-40 this time to prep for the bigger turbo and more power gains 💪

M4 exhaust modification gone wrong? Or just a goofy video 😛

We had absolutely lovely M4 comp in to make it a little bit more “obnoxious” as Rob said 😂 make it a little bit louder and more enjoyable. The stock exhaust sounds decent tbf, but when you have an M4, you want it to sound really aggressive!

So a quick resonator delete was performed, replaced with an X-pipe and here’s how she sounds!

We’ve been doing alot of drivetrain services lately! And the reason is, is because we strongly recommend them!

BMW label them as “oil for life” however we disagree, just like the engine, your gearbox, front diff, transfer case and rear diff all have moving mechanical parts, and the best care for the long term is by simply having them lubed up properly at all times!

The service intervals we recommend for tuned/perfomance/hard driven cars are as follows:

ZF8 gearbox - every 60-80k miles
X-Drive system - 60-80k miles

Higher interval number if miles are mostly motorway, lower interval number if it’s driven spiritedly more often or tuned!

Well serviced gearbox and drivetrain will look after you just like you look after it!

Biiiiig refresh of syrups going into this well driven M340i 🙌🙌

We’ve got Millers XF Premium for the engine, ZF8 for the gearbox, DTF-1 for the transfer case and Hypoid oils for the front and rear diffs.

This M340i now driving like new after such a big refresh and to help the longevity of all the mechanical parts!

🔧 Audi A5 3.0 TDI – Gearbox Service

This Audi A5 3.0 TDI was in with us for a routine gearbox service.

We started by draining the old transmission fluid, removing the old gearbox filter and replacing it with a new one, along with a fresh sump plug and seal.

The gearbox was then filled with high-quality MEYLE OEM-specification transmission fluid.

Once filled, we brought the gearbox up to the correct operating temperature before checking and adjusting the oil level to make sure everything was spot on.

Keeping on top of gearbox servicing is a great way to help prevent costly repairs down the line and keep those gear changes nice and smooth.

Unsure about a stage 1 remap? Let us tune it for you and you try it for 2 weeks! If you’re unhappy or change your mind for whatever reason, bring your car back, we’ll return it back to stock and send you back a full refund, no questions asked.

What a beauuutyyyy! We had in recently for a coding session. This had an aftermarket exhaust fitted which removed the OPF’s which brings up and engine light and puts it into limp mode.

This was before these ecu’s got unlocked and luckily USA doesn’t have OPF’s so you can simply code them to be a US spec car and problem solved 😁

The absolute best way to look after your car? With good service intervals using quality oils!

This Cupra 290 we did just that, fresh engine oil using Millers Oils Ltd XF premium range and Liqui Moly on the gearbox, new filters all round, quick front splitter and side skirts fitted and away she goes running super happy!

If you’re after a service using good quality oil, whether you’ve got a stock or tuned vehicle, the extra protection against heat will keep your car happy!
