Elm Tree Bootsale One of the largest car Bootsales in Sussex. Elm Tree Bootsale is located just outside Icklesham, on the A259; the road from Rye to Hastings.

Bootsales have been held here for many years, giving us a large amount of great items being sold every 2 weeks on a Sunday (weather permitting). Please see our opening times on our page for more information.
