Great Instructors ask better questions It's the one pattern we see all the time!

And one of the biggest shifts we see in instructors as they develop isn't their driving knowledge but the QUALITY of those questions!

New instructors often ask...

"What shall I tell them to do?"

Experienced instructors ask...

"How can I help them work that out for themselves?"

When we see this happening we know the real coaching has begun!
