Update on the cx500 special build. Parts back from powder coaters and All coming together nice

Thè cx500 project Dry built with the gsxr front end. Just waiting for the bearings to arrive then spacers for the top yoke to make and new lockstop to fabricate. And then she's ready for paint.

Engine cleaned and frame blasted. Both now ready for paint.

Another day on the cx500 build. Engine out and cleaning ready for paint and spent most of the day blasting 40 year old paint off the frame.

Had a slow week at work last week so decided to crack on with the cx500 build. Didn't intend on mono shocking this one but fram was beyond repair on the rear subframe so needs must. Mono shock conversion fitted . Fireblade forks in ( but may change for upside down zx9r ones) bike completely stripped down now. Engine cleaned ready for paint..looking good so far.
