Thank goodness NBS are here to correct the deadly, shoddy work, done by the cowboys 🙄

We've replaced a commercial van tyre that has had a bodged repair done elsewhere and replaced it with a budget priced tyre. 👍🏼

We then had two separate vehicles booked in with leaking (TPMS) Tyre Pressure Monitoring System valves. 😔

Both vehicles have had their TPMS valves and sensors changed elsewhere. 🙄
The person's who had replaced the valves hadn't cleaned the badly corroded aluminium wheels for a perfect seal, so the base of the valves were leaking air. 😔

We gently prepared the wheels with a round file, special wire wheel and a secret sealant designed for rubber and wheels.
Job done. 👍🏼

Lastly, we had a gentleman that took his leaking wheel elsewhere on Sunday to be repaired, but all the garage did was sq**rt sealant into the wheel.
Sadly, it was still loosing air and the customer called in today for the work to be done correctly. ✅️

Four customers with dangerous tyre problems all sorted out and made safe again at NBS.✅️

If you have any problems with your tyres, 🤔 always have them inspected by a TYRE EXPERT, and NOT a jack of all trades. 🙄

Thank goodness i could see the screw in the tread, so i didn't have to dunk the tyre in the water tank and contaminate our Duckie bath. 🤣🤣🤣

Hi everyone, we've had another busy week at your number one tyre shop in Huddersfield.😃
What a great way to end the week with another £300 donation to the Alzheimer's Society. 🙏

Our FREE hot drinks machine in our waiting room has a donation tin and we have collected another £300 for the Alzheimer's Society.👏🏼👏🏼

Believe it or not, we have, fitted lots of tyres today and even had some lovely visits from our Duckie followers 😀 🐥 🦆 ❤️

At lunch time we had a visit from Roy and Sue Turner for a tyre 🛞 pressure and safety inspection. 🛞👍🏼
Sue surprised me with a new Duckie cap from a recent holiday trip, to help keep my bald head warm. 😀 🧢 ❤️

In the afternoon we had a visit from Christine Armitage also for a tyre 🛞 pressure and safety inspection. 🛞👍🏼
Christine also surprised NBS with 3 new Royal Air Force association Duckies ✈️ 🚁 ❤️
Avro Vulcan Duckie, 💪🏼 Sea Harrier Duckie, 💪🏼 and Sea King Duckie. 🇬🇧 💪🏼 ❤️ 😃

NBS are all ready to protect our Falkland Island 🇫🇰 🐥 🚁 ✈️ 😃 👍🏼

It was lovely as always to see Sue, Roy and Christine today. 😃

Today we have fitted a set of Falken ZE320 tyres 🛞🛞 to Allison's SOM car.

We fitted this particular Falken model because it has the awesome A rating for wet. 🌧 💪🏼

It is lovely as always to see Alison and thank you so much for the Heroes chocolates. XX

I popped up to see the Scarbottom Rubber Duckie Sanctuary 🐥❤️ Britannia Road after work and delivered a surprise treat for the Duckie Daddy, Mark Wilde. 🐥😃

It was lovely to see the Duckies this evening and surprise Mark and Stephanie with a little thank you treat. 😃

As a small thank you for their support for NBS and more importantly, their support to local communities, i decided to deliver a little thank you treat.

I brought a King Charles Duckie from my recent trip to London as well as some chocolates and a bottle of 🍾 👍🏼

What a variety of tyres we've fitted today.😃💪🏼

We fitted a full set of the unbelievable General Grabber AT3 heavy duty 20" tyres 🛞 to this stunning brand spanking NEW 3 litre Land Rover Defender. 💪🏼

We fitted a set of 19" GT Radial Sport Active 2 Evo, EV Ready, to a powerful 😎 Audi Q3 TFSI
S Line Black Edition. 👍🏼
This Sport Active 2 Ev tyre is capable of speeds up to 186 mph and has the awesome A rating for wet grip 🌧🌧💪🏼

We fitted a set of Kormoran All-Season directional, light truck tyres with special high pressure valves to a Renault Master camping van. 🚐👍🏼

We fitted a set of Falken Ziek ZE320 tyres to Ceat Arona Suv. 👍🏼

Lastly a set of GT Radial Maxmiler All-Season 2 heavy duty 8ply EV Ready, A rated for wet grip tyres to a VW Camper van. 🚐💪🏼

What a busy and varied day we have had. 😃

Hi everyone. 👋 😃 Hope you are all well. 🙏

Say a big hello to our new addition, to our winter home for Scarbottom Rubber Duckie Sanctuary, Charles the royal Duckie.👑 🐥😃

We have had a steady Saturday today and fitted some unusual tyre 🛞 sizes on our amazing SX228 Giuliano Pro fitting machine. 💪🏼

We've fitted 21" Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 060, 🛞19" GT Radial Touring Active EV Ready, 🛞 20" BMW fitment Michelin to list a few. 💪🏼 👍🏼

As always on Saturday, we take enormous pride in cleaning our bays, equipment and preparing everything for next week. 💪🏼👍🏼

We also end our week with our traditional Saturday 🐟 n 🍟treat from Park road West chippie Blackmoorfoot road. 😋

Last Saturday, i was in London at the Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey, where we decided to let our Cmducks 25744 🐥 free to hopefully go on to new adventures 😢 🤞🏼❤️
