The business is expanding to now offer a tyre fitting and puncture repair service. This has been a large investment for me to make with cost of equipment to bring you the same high quality service you have come to expect of me from everythiny else i offer. Unfortunately, I have been trying to find a supplier for tyres, but all suppliers require me to be doing over 100 tyres per month and be VAT registered, which I'm not going to do yet. So, until I can show that I am fitting that amount of tyres a month, I will happily fit tyres you supply, or I can supply tyres but payment for the tyres will have to be taken upfront as I will not be able to easily return them this will be by appointment so no need to wait hours to have them fitted if you want a time slot I can accommodate that for your convenience or the vehicle can be left with me while you go to work and be collected at the end of the day. You will just pay for fitting on the day once the tyres have arrived. Prices for fitting will be £25 per tyre and for standard puncture repair, it will be £30. Please feel free to give me a call or text to discuss this new service, as it will become a lot more efficient once I have an account to supply them, once I can show the amount I can do per month. Your support, as always, will be greatly appreciated.

A good website to buy tyres online at a reasonable price I have found is Black Circle. You choose your tyre size. If unsure, pop in and I can tell you your tyre size, and you can choose to have them delivered to the workshop ready for your booking date..

Today, a 2005 BMW 5 Series came in for a non-functional heater blower. After removing the complete center console and the entire center dashboard, I was finally able to access the heater blower to replace it. This shows how tightly packed components are, even in a large car. However, it was worth the struggle for a very happy customer to finally have their air conditioning back, ready for the hot summer days ahead.

In today's nice little Citroen C1, in for some preventative maintenance, the customer had noticed that surface rust was starting to come through on the underside of their vehicle and wanted to protect the vehicle from any more rust and increase its lifespan. Once rust takes hold of a vehicle, it can lead to very costly repairs or could lead to the vehicle needing to be scrapped. If you wish to discuss your vehicle for this or any other repairs or servicing, please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Just a reminder that next week is the last week before my time off

Hello everyone, just a quick heads-up: I will be having a bit of time off at the beginning of April. My last day before my break will be April 2nd, and I won't be back until Monday, April 13th. Unfortunately, during this time, I won't be able to reply to any calls or messages until I'm back. Also, during this time, my parking area will be locked off, so I won't be able to have any cars left with me. Any cars left in the main yard cannot be left there, and the landlord has the right of removal. Obviously, I am in before that time, so if you need me before then, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Information from Hampshire Highways - Silver Street closure next week:

"As part of Hampshire County Council’s annual Planned Maintenance programme, drainage cleansing and pond desilting will be carried out in Silver Street, from Barrows Lane to Sway Road.

The works are scheduled for Monday 23rd March 2026 and are expected to take 5 days to complete, with a road closure to through traffic between 07:30hrs and 18:00hrs.
