This customer should buy a lottery ticket…. 🍀

This lucky customer got in touch at the right time to replace the timing belt on his 300tdi.

The belt had had enough and was walking off the pulleys and eating into the timing cover, leaving debris everywhere.

All cleaned up, new oil seals and new timing belt kit and it’s good as new.

Never a dull day with a Land Rover….

Just what we need when grabbing a few days away with the family, a blown gasket.

Luckily not 4 miles away from our campsite was B G Landrovers who had everything in stock for me to sort it out.

No more squealing under load and full power restored.

Early start this morning, to get this back up and running.

The starter on this 300tdi driven crop sprayer decided it no longer wanted to play ball any more, replacement fitted once we got down to it and back to starting as it should 💪

Mid week welding job finished off today.

New rear end gone onto this 90 then finished off with some fresh underseal to keep it looking fresh.

EGR valve and cooler replaced on this Freelander 2 today. Followed up by a full service.

I know there may be a lot of ‘why not just blank it off?’ thoughts but although there are pros to ‘blanking’ the egr valves, there are also cons, not to mention the legal ramifications for tampering with emission control systems on road going vehicles.

What a day!!

Thank you to every one that came along to say hello and have a go at our RC off road course, the lucky winner went home with a little Lego Land Rover for smashing the track in the quickest time.
