Customer got recovered home after there NSF wheel had completely locked up. They messaged me that day asking if I could go over and have a look at it for them as they needed their van asap. When I got there I found that their wheel bearing had completely gone, so I informed the customer they would need a new bearing. while I was doing the bearing I checked the other side and found out that it had excessive play in it, so informed the customer that we might as well do both. I also advised the customer that their front break pads were low as-well so I also informed the customer of this and the customer ended up having front disks and pads and 2 front wheel bearings to ensure the safe running of the van all supplied and fitted same day. One happy customer 😃🔧🧰
