2010 Land Rover Freelander loosing power under acceleration and poor starting in the mornings. We found the inlet manifold seals broken and pinched in multiple places as well as all 4 swirl flaps detached from the actuator arm. A new manifold, glowplugs and an egr valve fitted.

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta gets a EML and hard brakes. Found the end of exhaust camshaft broke off which drives the vacuum pump and holds the position ring for the exhaust camshaft sensor. Vacumm pump coupling broken as well as hitting the camshaft position sensor. Car gets a new exhaust camshaft as well as a new sensor, vacuum pump, cambelt, waterpump and a full service

Here we have a sprinter with plenty of MOT failures and advisories. We decided to get it a clean MOT by doing everything on the list such as new manifold gasket, rear roll bar bushes, front shocks, complete steering rack, 4 injectors, indicator lens and fuel filter. This '07 Vauxhall Astra had a intermittent missfire, after pulling the spark plugs out, all of them had worn out electrodes and cylinder 3 electrode was loose and rattling in the plug, causing it to bridge the gap and not spark. Replaced all 4 plugs and cam cover gasket as it was filling the spark plugs bore with oil.

This Mercedes C220 had lost all of it's coolant. After topping it up and pressure testing, the housing was found to be cracked and blew the seal. A new genuine part from Mercedes came with a reworked part to make it more robust. Coolant was replaced and pressure tested to ensure no more leaks.

This 17 plate Passat had a chattering dual mass flywheel as well as a rock solid clutch pedal. After finding the dual mass springs gone, clutch fused to the flywheel and pressure plate and a blown out slave cylinder, it gets an transmission overhaul with a new DMF, 3 Piece clutch and new transmission fluid, she is back up and running with no nosies. Don't ignore knocks and rattles no matter how small they can be, they could lead to something bigger later

This Ford Focus has had the worst luck. Auxiliary Belt snapped and wrapped itself around the bottom pulley, causing the timing to jump and bend all 20 valves!! After getting all new valves, stems seals, springs and skimmed surfaces, this focus was saved and running again.
