Transit Connect making good numbers on the hubs recently 💪🏻 but it wasn't a straight forward journey 🤦🏻‍♂️. Mk1 Focus RS 2.0 built engine. 389whp 373ftlbs

The van was bought as an unfinished project and brought to us to have an ecu fitted and wired in, as that was one of the last pieces of the puzzle needed to getting it running along side a few other small jobs. Scott opted for an ECU Master EMU black along with the ECU Master ADU digital dash.

We had a whole list of issues thrown our way both before making its way on to the dyno and while being mapped including:

- Wrong fuel hose used inside fuel tank, replaced with PTFE flexible hose
- External wastegate was knackered, totally worn out inside. Turned out to be a fake Turbosmart unit, replaced with a brand new genV Turbosmart 14psi Compgate40 unit from Part-Box.com.
- Turbo started leaking oil from the core mid way through steady state mapping, unbranded g25 550 copy so replaced like for like but with a Pulsar unit.

It was worth the headaches though in the end though as it made respectable numbers with a lovely graph too.
