This Red Triumph came to us needing a complete rebuild.

The engine needed rebuilding, and the rest of the bike arrived with everything in boxes — the customer had simply run out of time to finish the build themselves.

We started by having the frame professionally blasted and powder coated, giving us a clean foundation to work from. From there, we worked through all the parts and began bringing the bike back together.

As part of the rebuild and assembly, we:
🔧 Rebuilt and assembled the bike from the supplied components
🔩 Fitted new wheel bearings
💡 Replaced the original plastic indicators with classic-style indicators to suit the bike
🛢️ Filled the engine with fresh oil
🛠️ Rebuilt the rear brake master cylinder and rear caliper, which had suffered from corrosion, using new service components
🏍️ Carried out the final assembly and checks to get the bike back together properly

What started as a collection of parts and an unfinished project is now back together and looking the part again.

Check out this classic-style 70s chopper — cool as heck (the more PG word than what Daniel used)! 😎🏍️

This beauty came into us needing a new regulator/rectifier and the carbs balancing to get everything running as it should.

We’ve got it all sorted and are giving this awesome old-school chopper the attention it deserves. 🤘

There’s just something about a 70s-style chopper that never goes out of fashion! 🔥

We’re currently diagnosing the bike and working through the valve opening and closing degrees to make sure everything is timed and operating exactly as it should.

It’s all about getting to the bottom of the issue and making sure we get the correct diagnosis before carrying out any further work. 🔍⚙️

🏍️ JOB VACANCY – EXPERIENCED MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC 🔧

Kustom Choppers Limited are looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are a Norfolk-based motorcycle workshop specialising in motorcycle servicing, repairs, restorations, modifications and bespoke custom builds, working on bikes from a wide range of manufacturers.

🔧 The successful applicant will:
• Have proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic
• Be confident working on motorcycles from all manufacturers
• Have strong mechanical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Be able to diagnose faults and carry out servicing and repairs to a high standard
• Take pride in their workmanship and have a genuine passion for motorcycles
• Be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
Experience with classic motorcycles, custom builds, engine work, fabrication or electrical diagnostics would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of motorcycles and wants to be part of a hands-on, independent motorcycle business.

🔧 Triumph in for a service — and a little bit of extra TLC! 🏍️
This black Triumph came into us for a regular service, but during the inspection we found a few extra jobs that needed taking care of.

🛠️ One side of the exhaust wrap had become torn, so we replaced it to match the other side.
💡 One of the front indicators wasn’t working, which we diagnosed and repaired.
🔩 The pillion foot peg was loose and couldn’t be tightened, so we resolved the issue and got it secure again.
🛢️ We also found an oil leak from the cam cover, so we fitted a new cam cover gasket to stop the leak.

Once all the work was completed, the Triumph was given a final check and taken for its MOT — ready to get back on the road! ✅🏍️

Another bike checked over properly and another happy customer ready to ride! 🙌

These spaces are already filling up quickly, so if you’ve been thinking about starting your next project, get in touch and secure your space early.

We can also book projects from October onwards if you’d like to get your bike booked in with plenty of time before winter.
