💥 INLET AND INJECTOR CLEAN - £400 inc VAT
Remove Inlet manifold, walnut blast intake valves, test/clean/repair injector and rebuilt injectors using wire mesh filter baskets where applicable, new rubber seals and graphite shaft seals and refit inlet manifold
- Extra £25 inc VAT per injector if nano cleaning process is required


💥 SUMP AND PICK UP PIPE CLEAN - £200 inc VAT
Remove oil sump pan and pick up pipe, clean sump and pickup pipe/inspect and refit using genuine sump gasket and genuine oil return gasket. Also includes oil and genuine filter

💥 CAM CHAIN GENUINE - ''Price to be confirmed''
Remove old cam chain, refit using new genuine cam chain, tensioner and guides
- Genuine coolant included

💥 GDI INJECTOR TESTING/CLEANING - £120 inc VAT
Test and clean of gdi injectors, including strip down of injectors and refit using ASNU wire mesh filter baskets, new rubber seals and graphite shaft seals. Includes full report
- Postal service available, 24-48 hour special return delivery £12 inc VAT
- Price based on set of 4 injectors + postage if required
- Port injectors is an extra £60 inc VAT set of 4

💥INJECTOR NANO CLEANING PROCESS - £220 inc vat GDI ONLY
All the above but for injectors with issues I.e bad flow, stuck open, bad spray patterns, damaged filter baskets, clogged injectors
- We don't Nano clean Port Injectors

💥 FULL ENGINE HEALTH CHECK - £180 inc VAT
Complete check over your TSI engine including compression test/diagnostics/live data and inspection

💥 OIL AND FILTER CHANGE - £130 inc VAT
Using quantum platinum 5w40 oil and new genuine oil filter

💥 FULL ENGINE SERVICE - £417 inc VAT
Including all genuine parts ,air filter, pollen filter, oil filter, Genuine spark plugs, sump plug, and quantum oil

💥 DSG SERVICE - £375 inc VAT
Including new Genuine DSG gearbox oil with new sump plug, filter, sealing ring and filler tube

💥 HALDEX SERVICE - £130 inc VAT
Including new Genuine oil, drain & fill plugs, pump removal and cleaning the gauze

🔥 EA113 Scirocco R Back Running Sweet! 🔥

This Scirocco R came into us for our Inlet Walnut Blasting & Injector Cleaning Package, but she arrived running VERY badly! 😭

Before touching anything, we carried out a compression test to make sure we weren’t dealing with something more serious — thankfully, the engine passed with flying colours ✅

We then removed all 4 injectors and found that all four were down! 😳

After putting them through our NANO Cleaning Process, we got them back up to where they needed to be and the difference was night and day. The car was back up and running with NO misfires! 💙🔥

While the car was with us, we also carried out the Vis motorsport Free Wheel Balance Shaft Cog Package, taking care of another common EA113 issue while we had her in.

Another EA113 saved and back running properly! 💪💙

🔥 SEAT LEON CUPRA — FULL GENUINE TIMING CHAIN KIT 🔥

This Leon Cupra came in to us for a full genuine timing chain kit 👌

The chain was rattling so badly that the customer had it trailered in just in case 😳( definitely better safe than sorry!)

We got straight on with it and had the job completed the very same day, meaning he was able to drive back out fully sorted! 💪

This one also had the unfortunate issue of needing 3 x VVT rings, as all three had snapped 😳

Everything was replaced and checked over, and she was ready to get back on the road. 🔧👌
