Another successful BMW F10 headlight repair!
This time we fixed the condensation issue by the headlight. All electrical pins were cleaned, a brand new OEM TMS control module was installed and coded, and the headlight was professionally resealed to prevent future moisture problems.

Weekend job done
This weekend we fixed a water condensation issue in two headlights. Unfortunately, one of them had been affected for a long time, which caused damage to the terminal and the TMS module.

The TMS terminal and the full wiring harness were replaced with brand new parts. A new TMS module was also installed, coded, and everything is now working exactly as it should.

One headlight had a water condensation issue, and the damaged lens cover was replaced with a brand-new unit.

Another successful repair of condensation issues on both headlights.
When the car arrived, the headlights were dry, but the TMS control unit had already been damaged by previous moisture exposure and had to be replaced.
This is why it’s important to deal with condensation problems early, before they cause more expensive damage.

Another condensation repair completed just in time.

Both headlights required repair due to moisture ingress. One unit was already heavily affected, while the second showed the first signs of condensation.

The job included a full internal clean, restoration of both headlights, and installation of two brand-new lens covers. We also managed to save the TMS control unit before permanent damage occurred.

Both headlights are now clear, sealed, and performing as they should.
