We are pleased to announce that we are now back open for business. Both the workshop and sales are up and running. There is however, measures in place to protect both customers and staff as the pandemic continues.
Please see below for details on booking into the workshop and the drop off/collection process. Changes to test drives and car viewings have also been made.
Please be patient, jobs may take a little longer and it may take longer than usual to get booked in as we are operating with half the regular staff. We are currently booking a couple of weeks in advance.
The front door will be closed and there will be no entry to the office. There is a new intercom system on the front door should you wish to speak to us. Please see below for full details of changes.
It is great to be back and we are very grateful for all the well wishes and messages of support we have received. Thank you all so much for your custom and support, from us all at Boyslade Garage!
🔧 Workshop changes 🔧
* When dropping off your car please post the keys through the letter box even if you can see a member of staff in the workshop.
* Upon authorisation and completion of any work carried out, we would ask if you can pay over the phone with a card, prior to collection. If you then call us when you are a couple of minutes away we will have the car ready with the keys and invoice in, ready to drive away.
* All cars/keys will be disinfected before and after use.
🚗 Sales changes 🚗
*Viewings will be by appointment only in order for us to disinfect and prepare the car for you
* All test drives will now be unaccompanied, however you must produce your driving licence for us to take a copy of before taking a car out.
