🔥 Audi A7 3.0 V6 – Stage 1 Transformation 🔥

We recently had this 2014 Audi A7 3.0 V6 in with us at Reaper Tuning & Diagnostics for a full performance and styling upgrade – and the results speak for themselves.

First up was a Stage 1 ECU remap, delivering some impressive gains:
🚀 Power: 300 BHP ➝ 400 BHP
💪 Torque: 440 Nm ➝ 520 Nm

The difference in performance and driveability is huge, giving the car far stronger acceleration and a much sharper throttle response.
Alongside the performance upgrade, we also fitted a number of visual and airflow enhancements:

✔️ Aftermarket honeycomb front grille
✔️ Aggressive rear diffuser
✔️ Aftermarket performance air intake system

The result is a much more aggressive look combined with serious performance gains, transforming this A7 into something truly special.

⚙️🔥 Audi A5 – Service, Diagnostics & Stage 1 Upgrade Completed! 🔥⚙️

We recently worked on this Audi A5, carrying out a full service alongside a thorough visual health inspection to ensure the vehicle was in the best possible condition before any performance work.

During diagnostics, the vehicle was found to have multiple AdBlue-related faults, including pump and NOx sensor errors, which were triggering warning lights and ongoing issues. After discussing options, the customer opted for an AdBlue solution, removing the system requirement so AdBlue is no longer needed and eliminating the recurring faults. This way the customer did not have to spend over £2000 at Audi and the faults are gone for good!!

This was followed by a Stage 1 remap, delivering excellent gains:

🚀 Power: 147 BHP ➡️ 204 BHP
💪 Torque: 320 Nm ➡️ 410 Nm

The result is a clean-running engine, no warning lights, improved throttle response, and significantly better drivability and performance.

🔥⚙️ BMW 435d xDrive Stage 1 Tune Completed! ⚙️🔥

We’ve just finished a Stage 1 remap on this stunning BMW 435d xDrive 3.0L, alongside a DPF solution tailored to the customer’s requirements.

📈 Performance gains:
🚀 Power: 308 BHP ➡️ 370 BHP
💪 Torque: 630 Nm ➡️ 700 Nm

The vehicle originally came in with DPF-related fault codes, triggering a management light, turbo lag, and going into limp mode. After the remap, all issues were resolved — no warning lights, no lag, and a much smoother, stronger, and more responsive drive.

This is a perfect example of how correct diagnostics and custom calibration can completely transform both performance and drivability.
