What are the most common caravan service issues!

Well, the big move has happened—and it’s certainly been stressful! Between running the business and being a family of eight, with six children and a dog, life is pretty full on.

I want to be honest about something: the pressure in this industry can take a real toll on your mental health. Costs keep rising, expectations keep growing, and this year we’ve faced difficulties with manufacturers that have left us trying to resolve problems and support understandably frustrated customers. We feel that frustration too, and sometimes it feels like there’s very little support coming our way.

With the show coming up and the everyday business still needing our attention, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes that people don’t always see. Behind the business are people who get stressed, worry and have difficult days as well.

That’s why time with our children matters so much. Clay pigeon shooting, fishing, countryside adventures and caravan holidays give us all a chance to switch off and spend proper time together. The children feel the pressures too, and we want them to have time to enjoy themselves and just be children.

We’re also big supporters of mental health awareness and helping others where we can. We believe in checking in on people, listening and making time for a chat—you never know what someone might be going through behind the scenes.

We keep going, but we all need those breathing spaces. If you’re feeling the pressure, talk to someone, find something you enjoy and make a little time for yourself. There’s no shame in saying you’re struggling or asking for help. ❤️Approved Workshop SchemeNTTA - National Trailer and Towing AssociationGlide-Rite ProductsNEC Caravan Shows
